Job Description


Responsible for all US accounting functions including the recording and auditing of T & E reports, corporate credit card program, accounts payable, accruals, non income tax compliance, payroll, billing, collections, bank reconciliations and financial report preparation.

Maintain and ensure compliance to established revenue recognition policies and reporting, including maintaining required documentation to support revenue policies.

Responsible for the preparation, analysis and presentation of detailed weekly cash flow projection

Participate in the process of the weekly sales forecasting.

Maintain appropriate company property, workers comp and E&O insurance coverage and policies

Ensure compliance with government reporting and registration requirements

Responsible for the preparation and the consolidation of GAAP financial results, related annual report preparation as well as coordinating and effecting annual audit/review.

Responsible for maintaining relationship with outside service providers for the preparation of the company required US tax returns i.e. federal and state. Employee is responsible for the preparation of the property, sale & use tax returns  and 1099 reporting.

Responsible for consolidated cash management, including forecasting and cash flow reporting.

Maintain US banking relationship. Ensure compliance with required covenants.

Participate in the project profitability analysis.

Maintain all personnel files and coordinate employee benefits/health programs

US Human resource management including oversight and Form 5500 reporting for the 401 (k) plan.

Manage US facilities including rental agreements and coordination with all local supply and support vendors.

Provide ad hoc financial information as required by senior management.


  • 5-10 years of progressively responsible experience including positions as a Senior Accountant, Assistant Controller or Controller strongly preferred
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Outstanding accounting and communication skills, a positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Proficient in QuickBooks
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • The ability to work independently and willingness to travel to the office in NYC occasionally
