We’ve written before about our admiration for David Meerman Scott (check out our review of his instant classic WORLD WIDE RAVE). David not only talks the talk when it comes to social media marketing, he walks the walk. Back when WORLD WIDE RAVE came out, we started an e-mail dialogue with David that led to a discussion about how we leveraged our partner’s Z-portraits for a unique client gift. David was very taken with this example of forming personal connections in business and was kind enough to write about it on his blog. Now he’s taken it a step further and included our outreach efforts as a case study in the new edition of his book, THE NEW RULES OF MARKETING AND PR.
We read the previous edition of this title and it immediately found it’s way on to our list of titles we regularly pass on to our clients. Now, with the inclusion of your favorite digital innovators in its contents, it’s obviously gone from highly recommended to must read status!
