We have a special treat for you guys this week. Not only do we have our traditional Q&A “Meet The…” post today, but on Friday, that same talented young intern will share his thoughts on his first week interning with the Z-team!
Meet Nick Basile!
Where do you come to us from?
I come from Lugano, Switzerland, where I am enrolled at Franklin College
Switzerland; however, my hometown is Wilton, CT.
What have you found in Zemoga, that you can’t find anywhere else?
I’ve found a work environment that is totally open to new and different ideas.
What’s the first thing you check when you turn on your computer?
I have three tabs that open up my Facebook, my school email, and my personal
If the Internet and TV didn’t exist, what would you spend most of your time
I would probably hang out with my friends; consequently, the amount of mischief
we cause would rise as well.
If you were a super hero, what would your special power be?
There is a fun story behind this photo. My friends and I were trying to get across the
Venice Lagoon from Chioggia to Venice. Unfortunately, we just missed the ferry so

out my Captain’s hat. I put it on and they start taking photos of me at the back of
the boat. The boat’s actual Captain turns around, sees me, and gesticulates for me
to join him at the wheel. So, I get up to see what the problem is, while completely
forgetting that I have my hat on. He then points at my hat and then points at the
wheel. Much to my friends’ delight, I am now driving them across the Venice Lagoon
with my Captain’s hat on. After the voyage, we thanked the Captain for the fantastic
trip, and went on our merry way. And, every time I see this photo, it brings a smile
to my face.
If you could meet anyone – dead or alive – who would it be and why?
I would like to meet Warren Buffet. I feel like he might have some wisdom to impart
