We love sports. We love retail. We love digital. So, of course, we love it when all three come together. Zemoga helped LAX.com, one of the country’s top lacrosse retailers re-concept their online presence. Discovery sessions helped both Zemoga and the client understand the core purchase drivers across different customer segments. We used this information to create a new user experience for LAX.com, making sure that at every opportunity, we were arming customers with the social media tools necessary for them to publicize their purchases and actions on the site to friends in a meaningful and influential way.
Zemoga redesigned site navigation to emphasize photos and videos being provided by both LAX.com editors and site users. Zemoga created carousels that featured hot products, promotions, popular lacrosse paraphernalia, and other information that would appeal to all visitors of the site. Finally, Zemoga redesigned the look and feel of LAX.com with new graphics, colors, fonts, and more user-friendly copy.
