Hundreds of professional and enthusiast techies have begun to descend on New York City.
What’s driving this mass migration? The third annual Internet Week New York,of course, which kicked into high gear yesterday.
Internet Week celebrates the vibrant culture of the internet. Any company or group can host event, thus emphasizing the open nature of the internet.
Just take a look at the schedule. At the same time that Time Warner is doing it’s tablet panel on Thursday, there is another panel being held by amateur bloggers. From seminars on improving your web presence to demos of new technologies, it’s exciting to see the all aspects of the power of the internet on display in one city in one week.
As part of the excitement of Internet Week New York, Zemoga will be hosting Tech Karaoke “Digital Idol”, on Wednesday June 9th, from 9PM to 3AM at Fontana’s! Think “American Idol”, but with that special Zemoga twist!
What are you looking forward to participating in, as part of Internet Week? What are your can’t miss events? Besides TechKaraoke, of course!
