Each new team member must also fit our culture in values, ethics and soft skills. Our recruiting efforts are “always on”, led by the HR team but executed by a group of very senior Zemogians depending on the role, in order to cover the technical standpoint (evaluations conducted by the Discipline Director and at least one technical Lead) and the personal one (evaluations conducted by the HR Team).
