The beauty of digital is our efforts aren’t confined to any one geographical area. But with East Coast based LAX and Chicago based Sears on the project schedule, Alejandro’s West Coast pride kicked in and he sent us a note making sure that we mentioned California based, Williams-Sonoma/Pottery Barn, one of our latest and greatest retail clients.
Zemoga worked with Pottery Barn to create an interactive online Design Studio that will provide customers with step-by-step instructions on how to achieve a professionally designed look for any room in their home or plan their next perfect get-together for friends and family.
The project leverages Pottery Barn’s existing expert style content, including articles, room photos and videos, to provide education, inspiration and guidance in the areas of interior design and themed event planning.
“We are very excited to work with the highly skilled Pottery Barn team to put together a digital Design Studio that will not only provide inspiration and a rich user experience for their customers, but also drive conversion with a step-by-step guided design process that shows customers exactly which products they need to get the look they want,” Alejo told us.
With multimedia content ranging from an interactive room planner to a party-planning option that features step-by-step instructions for putting together the perfect pizza party, cocktail party or backyard barbeque, the Design Studio delivers expert insights through dynamic tools to help customers choose paint colors, furniture, accessories, party playlists, invitations and more.
Of course, DJ was excited about this project until his daughters got a hold of the site. Now he’s spending his time talking them out of giving their playroom an “Extreme Makeover. Just be glad we didn’t show them more of the party planners, ok, boss?
